Q: Can I get a refund for COD (Cash on Delivery) orders?
A: COD orders are eligible for exchange only, not refunds.

Q: How are refunds processed?

  • Bank Transfer / Credit Card Payments → Full refund.

  • COD Payments → Exchange only.

A: Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
